      【目的】 对编辑出版学期刊编委交叉任职现象进行分析,识别核心编委并对其特征进行测度,以探析学术期刊编委的选任标准与影响因素。【方法】 以11种编辑出版学期刊352位编委为数据样本,通过社会网络分析方法构建编委关联网络以及编委与期刊隶属网络。【结果】 共有80位编辑出版学期刊编委交叉任职,核心编委的平均任职期刊数量为2.83种,核心编委的点度中心度、中介中心度与其发文量、下载次数和被引频次均呈正相关。【结论】 编辑出版学期刊存在“联锁编委”现象,编委关联网络具有“小世界”特征并符合幂律分布,学术声望和社会资本是影响期刊编委选任的重要因素。
英文摘要:
      [Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the cross-worked phenomenon of editorial board members, and explore the selection criteria and factors of members through identifying the core editorial board members and measuring its characteristics. [Methods] We constructed a network of editorial board members and an affiliation network between editorial board members and journals through social network analysis with 352 members from 11 journals. [Findings] The editorial boards have a total of 80 cross-worked members. The average working journals of core editors is 2. 83. The centrality degree and intermediary degree of core editorial board members are positively correlated with their papers' downloads and citations. [Conclusions] There exists interlocking editorship in editing and publishing journals. The network of editorial board members has the characteristics of small world and accords with power law distribution. Academic prestige and social capital are the important factors of editorial board's election.
